Just watched and it made me smile. Coach O needs to do more media. Dude has a gift for being entertaining.

Like when he said Arch was “as good or better” than Joe Burrow

Did he put tomatoes in the gumbo and was the roux dark enough?

Damn he looks happy and very comfortable there.
I don’t know the host but the Francais helped a lot and got coach in his element.

No tomatoes, but the roux was nowhere near dark enough. It was barely darker than peanut butter.

Plenty shortcuts there but it looked good enough.

Dude fit LSU perfectly.
He just sucked as a coach.

Lost me at spices in the flour before making the roux. Why do people go through such lengths to screw up a simple dish

Coach O and T-Bob were very diplomatic. I know that dude is a good chef, but let's just say... not surprised when he said it was his first gumbo.
Thanks for posting! I miss T-Bob's cringy nonsense on Whiskey and Wine.

I wonder where he gets the blonde haired crabs?

You and I have entirely different definitions of this word. O is the opposite of shrewd.

I’m tired of Ed talk, but I hope he gets his “dream” job with Texas. I’d rather talk about someone with morals and integrity like Les Miles.

This is without a doubt one of the worst gumbos I’ve seen. Only thing that would have been worse would be added tomatoes. 1/10

By the time O is 75 (if he lives that long) his head will the size of a Volkswagen. He be a true "loggerhead".

That’s because you’re not very intelligent.
Not being mean but damn.
O is no rocket surgeon but he great at knowing how to work the angles and position for his benefit.
