Comedy Central has pulled a controversial “South Park” episode that parodied Charlie Kirk after the conservative activist was gunned down at a Utah college on Wednesday. The Paramount Skydance-owned network quietly removed the rerun of the episode “Got a Nut” from its cable lineup Wednesday night, just hours after Kirk, 31, was shot and killed while speaking at Utah Valley University. Instead of airing Season 27, Episode 2 — in which Eric Cartman adopts Kirk’s mannerisms and appearance for a satirical college debate podcast — Comedy Central slotted in Episode 1 from the same season.

I thought Charlie found it funny.

Not a good move. Kirk embraced that. Something else the left that killed him would never be able to handle.

“We have no idea why he would have been targeted.”

A smart move by them. But I bet Charlie would’ve laughed at it. Pretty sure free speech was a big thing for him.

He did. He posted a clip on his X even. But something happened between then and now. Trying to remember what that was…

Trey and Matt are such sellouts. They skewered everyone for 20 years then take a break when we have a dementia-addled President and a whore as VP. Frick them both.

Also used Cartman-as-him for his profile pic.

Yeah, Kirk owned it because that's what you do. That's how you win the situation, but it's still in bad taste at this point, especially as it's become clear that Trey and Matt have sold out.

How was it in bad taste? Were they supposed to expect him to be killed?

Yes. They didn’t make fun of Biden or Harris once

Thats not in bad taste, thats just not doing what you wanted them to do

You can still watch it on the Paramount app so it's just being pulled for cable network.

Charlie would be the first to urge them not to self censor!
I understand temporarily removing it, until emotions steady. But if they were proud of their product before the leftist evil was perpetrated, they should be even more proud of it now.

His Turning Point USA crew said Charlie wouldn't want the episode pulled. He thought it was funny.

Just like Howard Stern. They were edgy and then one day, they were bought.
