Implicitly justifying it by suggesting it will be used as a justification for something else.
This is what they do. It's their way of life. Nothing is ever real or based on facts, its always about keeping score and not falling behind.
these are sick people. This show has producers, the on-air talent doesn't just get to own the script - if you do not KNOW that the mainstream media is actively coercing and manipulating by now, you are either stupid or oblivious.
And if you KNOW they are manipulating at a time like this, it makes you wonder why they are posturing the way they are.
Seriously, this man travels the country inviting people to debate him...you don't have to like the things he says to acknowledge he makes himself a literal target for a living, he is horrifically murdered in front of a huge crowd with cameras, and one of the largest media organizations in the world are saying "he had it coming to him" and "but Trump" before the body cools. That is not normal behavior, and it sure as shite isn't news. It is an absolutely horrible thing that happened and the only normal response would be shock and grief that a peaceful event was abruptly ended with bloodshed.
To be clear, there is no reason for anyone with a conscience or free from extreme bias to not feel anything but sad and hurt by this. Charlie was not a bad person, he didn't deserve this...if you fear retribution, you wanted him dead.
