Retractable roof (so a dome), supposed to be ready by 2031 and supposedly fully funded by the Walmarts (we’ll see about that one).

Nothing says modern America needing comfort in all things than this plastic cookie-cutter safety net.

Did I hear last night that the Bears' new stadium in Arlington Heights was going to be fully funded by the team as well?

Yeah, this is sad. The people want to see outdoor football. The people want snow games!

And they will get one if it's built

How often is the weather that bad in Denver? Aren't they known for 300 days of sunshine? Yeah, I'm sure it gets cold in late November and December, but we are talking about 3-4 games a season. The rest of the season has perfect weather.

Average temp in February (the entire reason for building the dome) is 30-35F but Denver has the mountains closeby as well.

At least the Waltons have enough to pay for it, but I like open-air football in Denver.

That doesn't bring a Super Bowl in Feb though.

Retractable roofs stay closed more often than not.

I get your point, but it just sucks from the perspective of someone not making money off the team. Now, the roof will barely be open because they will probably introduce a 60-80 rule. The Broncos will just become like every other dome team without anything cool to differentiate them.

100% agreed. Football was made to be played outside.

This sucks. That means Chicago, Cleveland, and Denver will all play in a sterile indoor environment. Lame.

The obsession with getting a Super Bowl is equally as lame. Fine, you’ll get 1…by the time it cycles around again, more teams will have new stadiums and you will be passed over. Maybe you get a Final Four every dozen years at best.

There was a conspiracy that the Broncos were moving to Arkansas.

Can we all appreciate the owners for this? Thank you for not holding a fanbase hostage.
