How diverse is your neighborhood?

I’ve come to a realization that I don’t see a specific demographic very frequently anymore vs when I was living in the south. Most of my neighbors are Asians and Indians and the local restaurants reflect this. Wondering when / where everyone moved to…. No good biscuits and gravy and def no good fried chicken near me (unless Korean). Are original Americans moving more inward and staying away from the pacific and Atlantic coasts?

The only real diversity is age. We have a couple of Chinese professors and a few mussies. Other than that, well-educated white people.

There is own mixed-race couple (black husband, white wife) in my sub-division. Their kids are grown and moved out. That’s pretty much it.

On my cul-de-sac, neighbor to one side is a family from Nigeria, though been living in the US for a while. Kids might have actually been born in the US when they were living in New Jersey. However, they moved down here a few years ago because according to him, "They always wanted to live in TX". Extremely nice people who like to cook and eat outside to music like we do.
Others on the 6 house cul-de-sac are all white Americans. I'm the only one who mows his own yard. Think the neighbor on the other side of me (not the Nigerian family) are probably the only Biden/Harris voters.
Overall, the entire neighborhood I'm in is pretty diverse. Different nationalities, as you'd expect from a Fort Bend County burb hood.

98% white. I live in rural Nebraska.
Half-hour away is Lincoln which is like 85% white so if I want so.e diversity thats where I go.
