As long as he knows how to tuck it and run when the field is wide open in front of him

QB’s aren’t going to be excited with the vanilla scheme we’ve shown and the poor performance of the OL

Nuss threw for 4000 yards and 29 TDs last year. The capabilities of the offense have already been shown. If he can run, we will be dynamic.

Bryce Underwood went to Michigan. Dylan Raiola went to Nebraska. Dante Moore originally went to UCLA.

I could keep going.

Kelly will more than likely throw the bag at a portal QB next season. It sucks because I really wanted to see Hurley get a chance to prove himself.

Go watch the film and see that it wasn't all the offensive line. Reality, WR's were terrible with drops. Nussmeier did make wrong decisions at times, but the line wasn't as bad as you think.

Tradez Green missed a chip block on one play that Weston Davis got beat on....Green's technique of not chipping and Davis blocked/chopped his movement.

Overall, the line was not so bad - Kyle Parker was horrific. Others failed to catch the football.

Really depends on what we lose in the offseason, and that itself depends on how far we progress post-season.

The single portal window is going to change a lot.

We are easily a top 5 destination for QBs the past 5 years. Very dumb comment we have here.

Sooo, has anybody watched this kid? Is he any good? Or any better than what LSU currently has on the roster you think?

Think current former LSU QB in NFL starting roles might be an influence.

Nico took whatever he could get and went to UCLA, playing for a garbage team in an empty stadium.

Hurley is and will get a chance to compete! Practicing and siting in the wings. His time will come.

Honestly, most recruits dont care about these things. Even before money.

The only gravitas I give Sloan is that its obvious that he's not able to run the offense he wants to run with Nussmeier. Every qb he's honed in on has been a dual threat. I know they're all the rage but its obvious Sloans true offense is dependent on a mobile qb. Whether his offense is any good or not remains to be seen. He keeps it up we won't ever see it at LSU.

What 4 colleges are a more attractive destination? I'd say were easily #1, right now. 2 Heisman, 1st rounds picks, and nuss being discussed as qb1-3 off the board this year. Any kid growing up age 14-18, not sure how you dont think lsu if your a qb

Thx fanva, I totally agree with your "take" here. And Nuss needs to be semi-mobile and take 5-10 yards to move the chains. Or he will continue to fall in the Heisman / NFL ranks.
