I guess so when you retain Davis and Sloan on your staff who everyone could see before this season was weak links. Same thing with his first terrible defensive staff.

Should've replaced Sloan after last year.
At this point, I'm about 90% certain Sloan won't be back next year unless we win the title, in which case you'd probably still want to replace him, but probably won't on a technicality.
