Any over the counter stuff that helps with reading / studying?

I have tried some of the gnc stuff like “alpha brain” or their focus vita- pack?
It’s okay.

Anything Im missing? I’m planning to ask my doctor about ADHD screening but soonest I can get an appointment is January.

L Theanine
Bacopa
Rhodiola

Plus Creatine and NAC

You’re not going to want to hear this.

Don’t get on ADHD meds. Just don’t do it.

I really cleaned up my diet and upped my burn 3 months ago and stopped all stimulants outside of pre workout first thing in the morning. I take 6mg boron and 1,000mg l-tyrosine, along with some other crap my wife buys (D, DHA, multivitamin).

I’m sleeping better and focus/memory are substantially better.
