I’ve worn under armour boxer briefs forever but they did some sort of change and the new ones ride up my thighs when I’m active. I’ve tried adidas and new balance and didn’t like those either. Any recommendations on boxer briefs for running, lifting?

Wirecutter has some good recommendations. I think a lot of posters here are pretty high on Ex Officio. Personally, I like Under Armor, CRZ Yoga (Amazon brand that’s a Lululemon dupe), and the Kirkland Brand mentioned by Wirecutter. Those Kirkland boxer briefs are far and away the best value and maybe the best performing.

I've been using MeUndies. They're extremely durable, I think I've had them for seven or eight years, and haven't had to toss a pair yet. They don't ride up during workouts (lifting and rucking.) I had a pair or two of Saxx, but they just weren't absorbent enough. I like to keep my arse sweat where it belongs, not immediately transfer it to my shorts or the bench.

Ex Officio. I’ve run half marathons in them and multiple PPSA plans. Never had a problem

I’ve completely switched over to lined shorts. Wellen, Ten Thousand, etc.

They never get funky, never ride up, never uncomfortable.

I spent 4 days hiking in these in Arizona this summer, and now they are my go to for lifting.
