Amy Bradley is Missing on Netflix

I thought it was entertaining but hard to take seriously.
It’s pretty obvious that she either fell or jumped off the boat almost 30 years ago. And I don’t know why her parents prefer the idea that she was sex trafficked to the idea that she died.

Because that means she could still be alive.

Agreed, it’s also weird her brothers name is Brad Bradley

Brad is a nickname; he’s a junior

I think she was somehow not in her right mind after a night of drinking and who knows what else. Thought it'd be a good idea to stand on the railing and just fell. Three episodes is a bit much

The best part of that doc is the cruise director guy who comes off as an a-hole within the histrionics of that documentary setting, but in reality, comes off that way because he's the only rational one in the documentary (and it's clear he's had to tell the story 1000 times in his life within the same framing).
When you're the lone logical option in a sea of emotions, you come off as an uncaring piece of shite, which he was framed as.

I disagree. I think she was lured off the boat by crew members and then kidnapped. She wasn't singled out per se, they probably tried the same tactics on multiple women on the cruise but she was the only one who actually isolated herself enough to be taken.
I've been on my fair share of cruises and I remeber as a teenager my parents telling me that the crew aren't my friends and not to go with them anywhere or take anything from them. A cruiseship is like a floating city. You can have fun but you have to be smart and vigilant.

Isn't this impossible?
Don't these theories rely on them smuggling her out?
And the guy the doc focused on has been cleared. The doc didn't show it.

So you been on a bunch of cruises where you were able to skip debarking sign out of the ship with your card?
All the ramps off are heavily monitored, she would have been documented leaving if she was lured off with badging off or caught on camera.
The she left the ship theories rely on crew members getting her off the ship is some weird smuggling way like in trash or some type of container that wasn't checked.

Feel bad for the guy the doc was trying to frame. Going as far as manipulating his daughter against him.
Could you imagine showing up to work on Monday and everyone thinks you’re some sex trafficker because of a Netflix doc and the fact you just so happened to flirt with a chick on a cruise a decade ago?

Lol
People who believe this are straight nuts. The documentary did a good job of framing it to make people believe this, though.
She went overboard. The people saying they saw her are lying.
The only convincing thing to me was, if true, the IP address every holiday.
But if that is true, why aren't the parents in Barbados every waking moment looking for her

I couldn’t get over how the parents flew back home. Makes no sense to me as a parent. My kid is missing I ain’t leaving that island until I get answers.

This is what makes me think there’s more to the story with the girl and her relationship to her parents. I couldn’t imagine having an ‘awe shucks” approach and just going home if my daughter is missing.

The parents are weird AF. They want PA announcements early early in the morning and don't want anyone to debark after 30 minutes of her missing on a cruise ship. No way they could have even searched for her much in that time on a big cruise ship. You barely even have time to check the windjammer to see if she is snacking on something. Why were they so adamant she was missing?
The cruise director gets destroyed over the approach they took, but people lose track of family all the time on a cruise ship. What they were asking for in hindsight is important, but in the moment you can't do that for everyone that wanders off from their family.

No. She could have been told "hey come with us out of the crew exit and we will score some drugs and show how to really party on Curcao or whatebver Island it was."
She easily could have walked off the boat of her own valition not realizing it was a trap.

In 1999? It was pre 9/11, security wasn't the same.

The daughter must have been paid a BAG. She set her dad up and literally had zero evidence against him. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if the Dad was in on it.
"Hey dad, they want to pay me $100k to call you on camera."
"take the money, I will just deny everything."

The parents are retarded. I'd have bought a damn house in Barbados or Curacao and searched far and wide before I went home.

Especially with the whole "IP address in Barbados" thing they are going with. My arse would be parked in Barbados. I'd hire every investigator I could. I would run blood banks and pay people to give blood as cover to see if any DNA results popped up as her offspring.
Anything.
Anything.
