Bauer Sharp...Just super impressed by his hustle

I did not realize this until I rewatched the game. So if this has already been posted and discussed, pardon my ignorance.
But the fact that he made the tackle on the play that he fumbled, says a lot about his want to and effort.
The guy was fully tackled to the ground, got up, and ran down the defender that looked like he might walk in with the scoop and score.
Just super impressed by that type of hustle, on a play that didn’t go our way.

Ultimately you need a team of guys on both sides of the ball that are going to compete for a full 60 minutes.

Only people really paying attention realize, "Yeah, he made an error, but his hustle then saved 4 points."
Not necessarily game ball worthy, but you point that out to the kid in film and use that as an example for everyone. "Snap to whistle - every movement, every fraction of a second, every effort is vital to victory."

Sharp was a major contributor to our W versus Clemson. I was shocked at how much he played. Impressive size.

Freak athlete. Was super impressed.
I’d take this dude on my team no matter what I was doing.

I’m also pretty convinced he got a foot in on the sideline that was ruled out of bounds on the drive before the touchdown robbery.
Lots of new names made plays to contribute to the win and he was one of them for sure.

I was impressed with the effort on that play too. That’s what players should do if they make a mistake. Good hustle on his part

While we are at it; how was his fumble play considered a catch but Browns wasn’t? Literally the exact same scenario, catches the ball has 1 step and the ball comes out. Actually his was even less of a “catch” since he didn’t control it to the ground.

Man, nobody’s bringing that play up. We would’ve scored again if he gets his foot down there. It was really close. Don’t think it touched.

He played a helluva game except for the fumble, but I can look past that. He was all over the line in motion, etc. protecting the edge, double team w/Tyree, etc. He is a huge part of the success of the O-line

He’s going to be the everydown tight end and allow Tre’dez to move around and find the mismatch. It’s a great problem to have
