BK's offense needs fast, small backs who can catch out of the backfield. I don't think KJ is that dude. He needs a team running a power game.

Since his freshman year he has not been that impressive. Plus I am a strong believer that the cream of the crop will rise to the top

He did get in the game. How many downs are we willing to waste to try to prove he’s focused and ready? I say maybe a couple per quarter against weaker opponents in mop up. When the game is on the line,…..way less than that.

He has poor vision and can’t pass protect. If he was any good he would be getting more snaps. It’s simple as that.

Kaleb Jackson needs better run blocking….to be successful
Our O line still has run blocking issues….from my observation, the guys that have poor run blocking skills have a certain way they block….they hit the defender and then wait to see what he will do next. What they need to is hit the defender and then drive them sideways or backwards…move that man….push them where you want them…don’t just hit them once and then see what happens next….

Because he doesn’t have “all the tools.” He doesn’t have the vision and elusiveness that are crucial in making a good running back. Barring injury to others, he probably won’t see a lot of action against top level teams because of those deficiencies.

Durham has the talent of cutting back when necessary. Jackson doesn’t have this.

He has the resume along with that skill set that makes him the 4th best option at best to get a carry,
Caden Durham is a special player. The first play of the game made that pretty damn obvious.
