BK took one for the team to avoid a 15 yard penalty near the end of the game.

A joking having fun with the media BK is much better than a slamming bottle BK. Alignment is beautiful.

I was gonna say the same. I'm really enjoying this relaxed 1-0 Brian Kelly way more than a defensive 0-1, pissed off, awkward Brian Kelly.

I may have an unpopular take here but I think he’s been basically the same guy tbh. I think people didn’t like it when he’s lost games but to me, by and large he’s been a very similar type of guy.

I see it the same way.

Wins and losses can alter fan perception of coaches and much of the time that perception is justified.

As an example I think Saban knew this and it's why when Saban had winning weekends he was a grumpy old man. But in a tough loss he defended his players and praised them for their efforts. IDK about shitty losses. Saban did not have any bad losses that I remember.

Can you even imagine if indeed BK did hit the official and got a fifteen yard penalty and they got a first down? Tied it up and we lost in OT

Same.

I've never understood why the guy gets so much hate.

Maybe it's the dry sense of humor.

This one works. I don't know if it's because of the team, or what it is but he seems relaxed and actually fun to be around. When he originally got hired, from what I knew of him at ND, I would never have imagined this would be him.

100% agree .!

Kills me on the Kelly haters , We can go 12-0 and they will still be finding anything to whine about Kelly.

Let me tell you this haters. Alabama fans would LOVE to have Kelly right now. A lot of the Top SEC teams would love to have Kelly.

If you don't understand why, then you are cluess.

Keep whining about his dancing with recruits his first year.

This is correct. It simply means the OP likes himself and BK better after a win. Dont we all.

I agree. But I feel the same way about Miles and Orgeron. Neither were bad guys. We all loved them when they were winning.

I even feel the same about Saban. Hated losing to him but seems like a decent person with decent values and ethics.

People like Kiffin, Urban Meyer and Hugh Freeze...Those are the ones that deserve dumping on.

Nah, he had a few. Maybe you meant “many”?
