The WR's were playing musical chairs the whole game. I expect the same week 2 cus a cake walk but Florida game the main receiver need to be Aaron Anderson, Barion Brown and Kyle Parker unless someone steps up next week.

I dont think the rotations were awful. I think they were unorganized and some of the players didnt get calls in to them, first half mainly. They cleaned that up in the 2nd half.

I do hope that sharp doesn't play every snap.. bc we have alpt of stud wrs we need to put stress on defenses, and we can only have 2 wrs when we do that 2 te set. I get they wanted to help chip and stuff with the oline.. but it kept 7 guys sitting in the box

Nuss had 39 pass attempts. Over half were to RBs or TEs. This is a championship level defense. I’m still not sold on Sloan being a championship level OC.

Even late in the game when the offense was continuing to go to TEs and RBs you could read BK’s lips on the sideline talking to Sloan saying: “Can we find a a way to get the ball to Number 1, please. He’s been making plays all night.”

I think the play calling was more due to the untrust of the Offensive line against a talented Clemson defense. Get it out quick and use misdirection to try to get a run game going and not give up sacks. I do agree moving forward we have to get these talented receivers the ball down field.

BK lit into the WR coach in the first half.

Your comment is dumb but I'll take this moment to say I was surprised by how little Hilton was involved.

Seems like he's on the cusp of being moved on from or at least not being a series target.

Don't think it matter with the way they chose to call the game.

Hilton had the lowest PFF grade on the team at…ahem…36.
Delane was highest at 81.
Has anyone broken down Hilton’s performance? It must have been awful.

he had 1 target that was 3 yards behind the LOS. Not exactly the best use of Chris Hilton

Sharp was amazing last night. Shores up our protection, helps the run game, and is a huge threat in the passing game.

He is going to be a big part of this offense all year.

Only issue I saw was throwing a screen to Hilton. His one and only trait is the longball We got a few quick guys that should’ve been in on that play.

It’ll take a little time to zero in on the right personnel package. We should see this get addressed against La tech

Catching a pass for a short loss will not earn an overall score of 36.

Agreed. I think the offense features a lot more downfield passing coupled with some of the creative run looks from last night, going forward.

And turn overs. Close game a turnover could be it.

And Nuss has served up some pics in practice so no down the field stuff.

I think the high percentage passes were to help the OL which did fairly well despite not having played at game speed together, plus loud hostile environment, get comfortable.

Not to mention when other teams try to take the screens out, our WR can take the top off the opponent defense and light them up.
