It is only a life if someone other than the mother chooses to kill it. Or something like that.

The hierarchy of victimization says the female will win in court.

And due to that:
The precedent is set for calling abortion murder.

The left is slowly killing itself.

I thought a fetus wasn't really a person, thus abortion wasn't really murder?

Allowing women to kill their babies but not men to kill their babies violates the equal protection clause.

Glad he was charged. Now there needs to be some consistency by charging anyone who prescribes such pills or participates in elective abortions.

Or in this case whoever sold it to him on the black market

The precedent has ALWAYS been there. If you kill a pregnant woman, you get charged with double homicide. It’s ALWAYS been there.

Anyone who intentionally kills a child in the womb (the death of the child is the desired outcome) should be charged. Anyone who knowingly and willingly prescribes/provides pills or other methods intended to carry out an abortion should be charged as an accomplice at the very least.

If so then gun manufacturers will be charged in cases of gun homicides. There are some problems that can’t be fixed minus serious collateral damage. Think Humanity and the “second coming “.

What about the pharma companies that developed these medications in the first place?

That doesn’t follow. Gun manufacturers make weapons that are used for all sorts of reasons, including good ones. If someone provides a weapon to someone who has expressed a desire to use that weapon for murder, then that would be a similar situation and I would say the one who provided the gun should be charged.

My statement was about anyone who knowingly and willfully provided the means or the actions to assist with or carry about an elective abortion should be charged. That doesn’t mean the pill manufacturer should be charged, necessarily, as there could be legitimate health reasons why a doctor might prescribe it, such as for Cushings.

It depends on multiple factors. If they create a drug that cures or helps another disease but it is used in abortions, I don’t blame the drug manufacturer but the doctor who prescribed it for abortion.

All he did was exercise his "reproductive health" rights.
