Doesn't literally every law enforcement agency at all levels already have this, as well as all of the National Guards and the military itself?

I remember when the National Guard were called Weekend Warriors who served drill duty at their local armory.
No more of that soft duty - they are on full alert and ready for action instantly.

I know how I feel about it. Trump sent troops to the only city in the US he had authority to do so. And crime has dropped, the homeless are thanking the national guard for making their lives safe and the karens are out protesting.
Trump has show how all this major us cities can be turned from shitholes into nice civilized places. All that is needed is a for cities leaders to ask for help. As of now I don't know of a single one that has asked for help. What that should tell you is those cities are shitholes because their leaders want them to be shitholes.
It will be glorious when the National Guard is finally requested and is sent to one of these crappy cities and almost over night they start enjoying safety that they should have had all along.
Then the residents of the other shitholes will start yelling for help in their crappy cities.
