I find Stephen Millers obsession with 1920s immigration hilarious

My nana and papa immigrated from Italy in the 1880s to New York
- they were in the census data of the 1910s as “illegal aliens” both were allowed to stay in the country and then eventually they were allowed to become US Citizens.
If we applied Stephen Miller’s logic to their case - they would have been deported immediately and there is a possibility of me not being born in America.

This is a risk I'm willing to take.

I find it funny how Trump people downplay us nation’s immigration policies.

Downplay?
It was one of his biggest campaign issues all 3 times he was elected.
These policies are the reason he's in power.

Explain the importance of the 1924 immigration act as its highly relevant to Trumps treatment of South Americans right now

Do not respond to this asshat. Of his 11 posts, it has started the same thread multiple times.

Well that's completely bullshite. What the 1910 census did was distinguish foreign-born individuals' naturalization status using the codes "Na" (naturalized), "Pa" (first papers filed for naturalization), or "Al" (alien) for non-citizens, but what it did not do was make any distinction nor reference to legality of entry or residence.
So this thing you find "hilarious" is based on something that is easily proven to not exist.
Now that's hilarious.
