It’s a sequel to Black Ops 2

IMO, AW was an actual fun game. I'm a big fan of the Titanfall series so I didn't mind the parkour aspect of it. The guns felt and sounded really good.

Infinite Warfare was the complete crap show when you think of that era of COD.

I am out of the loop because I thought there were only 3 Black OPs games.

There are 6?!

It’s been a long road of stretching a decent storyline past its limit, copy-pasting gameplay, stripping out basic features only to repackage them later, and shoving in features nobody asked for. All while going all-in on monetization and SBMM, and flat-out ignoring players begging them to deal with cheaters and fix bugs that have remained in the game since launch.

BO7 is shaping up to be Activision's very own Infinite Warfare. A complete abomination.

Yet the COD fanbois love love love to shite on and ratio any competitor that tries to bring a fresh simplified take to the arcade FPS genre.

just how unpopular is BO7 right now?

80LV: like-to-dislike ratio at a mere 17%, with roughly 39,000 likes against 194,000 dislikes

GamesRadar: 33,000 likes versus a staggering 140,000 dislikes

Battlefield has never been in a better position to slay the dragon. After watching the trailer for BO7 I just couldn't help but think this is the end. Tired of all the goofy shite

Yeah, that trailer looked dumb as hell. BF6 does look solid though

They’d rather actually shoot themselves in the nuts than to ever make a full blown Vietnam COD. I think World at War was the closest to that.

The "release-a-year" thing from the BF crew has me nervous about their ACTUAL commitment to quality. . .but yeah, BF could all but end COD, if they play their cards right

Yea I’m skipping this dogshit. I barely played last year’s dogshit.

Last COD I truly enjoyed was Cold War. WWII was also pretty awesome.

This series needs a fresh direction.

I think everyone likes the idea on m of BC3, but does anyone really think a modern attempt on that game will be anything people will actually like?

BC3 is more niche than anything else.

It’s a single player experience. Not much money in those when you’re overall player base is multiplayer.

Huh? BC's multiplayer is what made that series.

Remind me… how is it different than any other Battlefield game?

Totally destructible environments, extremely well-laid out maps, a more light-hearted vibe. Bad Company 2 was the apex of FPS multiplayer for me as far as fun and memorable events go.
