We've heard all offseason about this transfer class and how they've all seemingly "hit," so the hype seems to be real! What player specifically are you most excited to see week one?

#45. Will be the greatest kicker of all time by the time all is said and done. Book it.

Excited to see him in pre-game warm ups?
#6 Barion Brown could end up being our best WR
Others on defense:
#4 Delane
#3 Pickett
#13 Haulcy
#44 Pyburn

Haulcy, I'm so excited to see a playmaker at safety.

Pyburn. His interview with Matt M on Locked On sold me. I "smashed that like button" that day!!

LSU's safety play has been awful the last 2 years, and while I don't think it was the only reason for the poor defense, I think it was the biggest reason. If LSU finally has good safety play that could be a game changer

The camp reports have been intrigued. Pressure up the middle is an offense killer. LSU had that for so many years. They even had that to some degree in 2022 with Wingo and that defense was at least solid for most of the year.
Even with the OL concerns, I still think LSU's offense will be one of the better groups in the country. IMO, how far the team goes will rest on the defense's shoulders. If this group is a return to LSU defenses of old this could be a really good year.

Very easy question.
Gooden.
I'm interested to see if he's the next Glen Dorsey or if our O'Line is just bad.

The starting 5 for our offensive line.. if we can't run the ball or protect nuss.. it's going to be a long season

Brown just because of his pure speed.

Probably Bernard Gooden because the reviews have been amazing throughout camp on him and this is not someone most people expected to come in and effectively take a starting DT spot at 6'1 268. I think he should probably be a fun guy to watch be a disruptor in the middle of the line most folks didnt see coming.
