Let’s discuss the Baton Rouge Rougarou

Went to my first game a few months ago.
Wasn’t expecting much as a whole but was a little surprised. Goldsby has gotten a nice facelift since the Blue Marlin days.
Seems like a great cheap thing to do with kids.
You can tell Rantz is invested.
However, the guy in street clothes hanging in the dugout. Shorts and short sleeve pullover. Who’s this guy? Reason I ask is because I just saw on social media a post where they went to meet Gov. Landry.
I saw a picture of Ronnie, Landry, and this guy. Ronnie is in slacks and a polo. Gov in a suit. Dugout guy is literally in shorts, hat, and the same pullover.
Who is this guy? So unprofessional. I see him in a lot of Texas Club photos too with artists.
Anyway, I’ll go back to a game.

If so, how does he not think it’s unprofessional to wear what he wore to meet the governor? Don’t care how you vote. It’s an elected official. Be better.

Bingo. However…the OFFICE of the governor, president, etc. does deserve respect. Therefore, one should be respectful of the office, not the man/woman.

The Rougarou will never succeed if they stay in NBR. The stadium and the surrounding area is crap. A facelift doesn’t change that, it’s like lipstick on a pig.
It’s just too far away from your consumer base. And it’s an area where your consumer base isn’t familiar with. I can’t think of anything besides CHS football games that would drive a large amount of people to the area.
