He was always the right choice for the 27 class.

Of the 3 most mentioned with us, Nussmeier, Haven, Houston, this would be the correct choice. Good floor, good upside. Houston has the best floor, Haven the most wow talent. Nussmeier is the best of both worlds without the max out factor of Houston or the high bust factor of Haven. And won't be bothered by the inevitable portal addition. That factor can't be discounted when making a decision of this importance. My 2 cents for what its worth.

Awesome! At the end of the day, I think he’s the right one to be a tiger.

Wonder if Papa Nuss keeps an apartment in Nola and flies back to DFW a couple days a week to make the family work.

Getting out recruited on both Haven and Houston sucks but Nuss 2.0 is a pretty good option

Better athlete than Garrett, but not as good of a qb at this stage of his career.

i just think aesthetically lefties look goofy throwing footballs.

I think you’re right. Garrett is not as big or athletic but has rare arm talent and confidence. Colton can be used more in QB run game and but is still developing as a passer. I’m excited to see his progression this season.

Your analysis was 100 percent.
Haven strikes me as a kid who wants to go OOS. It'll take a pretty big NIL to keep him home.
Houston would come to LSU in a heartbeat if we made a serious push. Personally, I like him better than Haven.
Colton is the most ready to play. And while not a dual threat QB, his game reminds me of Josh Allen, sneaky fast.

I said this a year ago…Little Nuss was my #1
He plays big boy football, also a starting shooting guard and led their team to playoffs. He is a fricking DOG. He will save us $2mil+ and less of a learning curve. This is your cornerstone guy.

Josh Allen is one of the most dual threat QBs in the league…

He was my least favorite of the three. But I think has the most upside physically
