I do a fair amount of Long Distance motorcycle rallies where we average over 1k miles per day.

So, I end up at these truck stops quite often on my travels.

Over 50% of the folks in these places (Love's, Pilot, etc.) are absolutely foreign born non-native English speakers.

Just my observation.

I don't know that they are worse, or better, drivers than the meth'd out home grown Americans that used to call trucking their "trade" but take it for what it's worth.

I still have a CB radio in a vehicle. There is almost no English spoken on just about any channel by the truck drivers.

Good way to get sued

I finally started connecting the dots after seeing Indian restaurants just off the interstate with only truck parking.

I stopped at the Love’s in Rayne to take a piss and there was a turbin wearing dude washing his feet in the bathroom sink.
