Best hamburger in BR?

Friend says he tried all burgers in BR but best one he can't remember name of restaurant but walls were papered with old newspapers, also maybe under I-10?
Any ideas?

Mason's has been a favorite of mine. Have not been in 3 or so years though

Not really sure ‘bout BR, but The Yard Goat has a really good one in Lafayette. So does Judice Inn & Market Eatz…

I’ve done some extensive research on this. While everyone has their preferences, here is my list in order.
Riverside Patty
Mid-city Beer Garden
Dearman’s
Iverstine’s
Overpass used to have a great burger, but it changed before Covid. Goodwood Grill had a great burger, but after Covid the size of the burger shrunk and changed the burger to bun ratio. Bulldog had a really solid burger. Haven’t been there in years though. Superior chicken sandwich > Superior burger, but it’s still a solid burger too.

Owner is a farmer as well. It’s basically a smash burger made with high end beef.
