Aliens and Blade Runner are in the same Universe. It has been confirmed in the new series Alien: Earth. I think it's actually pretty cool. What are your thoughts?

Please tell me you're not serious.

Edit: Just googled, you're serious I guess but it's not true, just fan theory.

Also, the universes were written by two different authors, not tied to each other in any way. Even if Ridley Scott decides to be an idiot and tie them together, it doesn't make it true.

My thoughts are that these "universes" in movies are contrived bullshite.

Disney?

This WAY predates Disney buying Fox.

This theory has been around for years and years...at least as long as Bladerunner 2049 and I believe some time prior to that.

There are even universe timelines.

That's from 2017.

Unreadable and besides the point. The universes were never connected until now that Disney wants to make more sludge. So like I said initially Disney is going to ruin Blade Runner. Alien is also connected to Predator so we can throw that in there too and it can be comically pathetic.

Since 1986 but it’s just an Easter egg.

I have no idea what the Blade Runner connection is in Alien: Earth. I watched both episodes and didn’t notice anything.

Except I posted a video from literally years prior to Disney buying Fox, discussing this.

Ridley Scott is the person who really pushed this a few years ago.

Also there it this:

In Aliens (1986) The Nostromo captain Dallas's bio is seen in the background. Former employers are Tyrell Corporation. The Synthetic building company from Blade Runner.

So James Cameron was also in on the theory (at least in a wink wink way) in 1986

If you want your mind blow, Soldier (the Kirk Russell movie) is ALSO in the universe

You can keep posting things that didn’t happen in the movies but the fact remains they’ve never been connected until now. If they would’ve grown together that’s one thing but they haven’t and the Alien franchise has been butchered beyond belief so there’s no way to connect them now.
