I couldn't believe my ears the other day watching him scream at Dan Orlovsky

He's telling Orlovsky "just stop talking, just stop talking..." when the conversation was about rating NFL QB's

Orlovsky played for 12 years a QB in the NFL

Stephen A Smith played basketball for like 3 minutes at Winston Salem State

His behavior was so bad, the girl trying to moderate was expressing her shock at Smith, and Orlovsky was nice about it the entire time.

In a world full of sports media options on YouTube and podcasts, it blows my mind people watch an ignorant loudmouth who thinks he’s intellectually superior because he’s on TV.

There are more intelligent posters on this message board than fill the airways of every major sports network.

All these years and people don’t realize that he’s playing the guy that argues with you at the bar/office/gym etc

First Take is designed for the stereotypical barber shop sports debates

Do you realize most of that back & forth yelling stuff is scripted to attract gullible viewers like YOU who continue to watch that trash. The Mickey Mouse network follows a format to make sure the topics are controversial and often times argumentative. Some advice, your life will be 1000 x's greater when you stop following ESPN blowhards.

First Take is borderline unwatchable based on how they play the race card at every opportunity. Get up is ok. Greeny is the biggest tool, but zero race is on that show. FS1 have the two best talk shows.

didn't realize being surprised at a fricking psychopath on TV is "me being gullible"

again, the female moderator scolded him several times, and couldn't believe her ears, and I don't think she was roll playing. If they're trying to bring female viewers in as well, I imagine she was speaking on behalf of female viewers who don't want to see that fricking shite

Stephen A Smith, like most ESPN personalities, is purely a character created to drive content and sharing of said content. This sells ads, increasing consumerism, and ultimately separating some poor bastard from their hard earned cash in an effort to fire off those dopamine sensors in their brain.
