Should Kellen Moore Be on the Hotseat?

Let me explain. Tyler Shough was Kellen Moore's decision/pick.
If Kellen A) fails as a QB evaluator and B) fails as a QB developer for the guy he used a premium pick on and hand selected over others
Shouldn't he be on the hot seat? Should he get the chance to pick the wrong QB and/or not develop a 2nd QB properly in back to back seasons?
Generally speaking, I would give more rope. But he hand selected a QB that is 26. For the move to be a success, it needs to work this season, not 2 years from now.
I'll hang up and listen.

I mean it’s the NFL. Almost everyone is always on the hotseat. To say that Moore is in particular on it before the first preseason game though is pretty dumb.

If the teams highest achievement is a .500 win percentage % in his 4th year …
with all losing seasons in his previous time..
Then he’s in trouble…, but not til then.

I think it would be difficult to judge is ability to develop a QB this season when there are still holes/weaknesses all over the place. With the shape of the roster and the fact that they have so many aging & expensive vets coming off of the cap; you have to imagine he has at least 1 free year before his seat starts warming up

Loomis has freaked up so many of our recent first and second round picks lately. Fosky over Branch, come on man!
Shough was a huge reach but doubt this makes waves. It just adds to being a longer rebuild making these dum mistakes. Listened to Moore and lit our 2nd rounder on fire, listened to the new DL coach and lit our high 3rd rounder on fire.

If the team is back to .500 after 4 years Moore is probably a very good coach and should be extended.
