The lack of offseason baseball coverage is why the sport doesn't grow.

I know it's football season.....
But you're coming off the 2nd title in 3 years and no one can cover the off season? Cape Cod league, recruiting, fall ball and Coach Johnson new contract.
All these so called Lsu media darlings can't just give us once a week in depth baseball podcast? I know football is the number one sport and always be but Musso, AYS, Mike and Jarod need to do better..
That's all I got..

What do you want them to talk about regarding baseball right now? You’re upset that they aren’t speculating on if Jay is going to get a new contract when the football season opener is in 3 weeks?

I don’t think it needs to grow at LSU. They usually have a packed house and they have won 2 of the last 3 national championships.

There is nothing to cover right now. We may have 1 or 2 players still out for summer ball, but I doubt it. The draft signing deadline has passed. Recruit activity is minimal while the big summer events are happening.

Baseball is boring to most people, college baseball is especially boring. No one cares nationwide. Just how it is and that's never going to change. We can like it all we want but have to accept nationally it is never going to be relevant.

Why? College baseball isn't worth it. How many offseasons are people going to cry there isn't any coverage? Or it isn't growing? Or why isn't it popular?
