Cruises get better the further you have to travel to get onto them….

Went in a royal cruise a couple years ago out of Galveston. First and prob only cruise. We had a good time, but it was a lower class.
Enjoyed all the games/tournaments for sports. Actually won the ping pong tourney. Beat a pretty solid Indian and Asian. We became friends. Not giving my identity away, but that’s my hidden talent. The basketball tourney turned racist really quick and there was good shite going on. Three country fed boys were cleaning up. The black guys that dribbled around and sucked started getting physical and of course they had their posse. My wife and I just laughed from the balcony. There’s no real security on these things.
Watching drunk people run back to catch the boat from their destination was entertaining as well. Again, trash. Like watching reality TV.
The best part for me was running the track at daylight watching the sun come up.
Also, the food sucked. Quantity over quality even with the paid up restaurants. At the end of the day, with all the costs, I’d prefer a real vacation. Again, it was a good time for what it was. To say you did it. Did win $270 at the blackjack table.

Wife and I going on our first cruise in 3 weeks. Alaskan cruise with Princess. Hopefully the riff raff stays contained to the Caribbean cruises.

TBH never been on a cruise in my life as my brother, sister, their spouses, my in laws, and parents have been!
