Also lost to South Carolina at home. Their big win was against SMU or Pitt (both close games). Will they really improve that much? I think acc weakness factors in and they are completely unprepared with what the tigers bring to the field. 34-10 LSU.

2024 isn’t 2025. By your logic, LSU won’t improve either.

It’s going to be a close game more than likely.

They have one of the top QBs in the country and will be solid in all phases of the game. They will be a formidable opponent in week 1 no matter how you slice it.

We had some quality wins last year (@South Carolina & Ole Miss) and brought in the #1 transfer class, and also bring back an elite QB. That's something to build off of.

LSU lost to 7-6 USC, 8-5 A&M, and 8-5 Florida. Also got their doors blown off by a 9-4 Alabama team.

How did USC fair last year? And Kelly found a way to lose to them too.

Clemson won their conference and made the CFP and also return an elite QB. I'd say they have something to build off of as well

”Absolutely wrekt”? You are aware that a 3-loss Bama beat us by 4 possessions at home right?

If Sellers doesn’t get injured we lose to South Carolina

We went into halftime at home tied with a drastically less talented UCLA team and looked mediocre throughout

We couldn’t even pull away from Vanderbilt at home by the end of the season

If you do the same 2024 exercise for LSU it’s not possible to come up with a 24-point road victory as a prediction

Anyone acting like Clemson isn't a hell of a team need to take the purple and gold glasses off.

Different year, different team. Is this your first year watching college football?

Getting beat down by the SEC Champs isn't the dunk you think it is when we cam nowhere near the top of the conference.

With that being said, I do not follow the hype of this Clemson team.

so by comparative logic, we beat South Carolina at their place, so we were better than Clemson (who made the playoffs)?

I actually see a 42-21 game in favor of Clemson, particularly after realizing what we are dealing with at O-line.

They're a damn good team, and I have my doubts that a brian kelly coached team can go into that environment and come away with a win.

Prepare yourself for a loss. Be surprised with a win.

Why do you frickers continually do this?

Clemson is a very damn good team and playing in one of the better home field advantages in the country. We very well could lose this ballgame. Y’all need to pump the fricking brakes on crowning us.

Clemson won their weak, dying conference with the main opposition coming from 1st year G5 transfer member SMU. They thus made the CFP by default and got bounced in 1st round. They do bring back an experienced QB.
