Talk about living in a nightmare? This is a crazy story. Well worth the watch.

The remarkable and poignant story of Clive Wearing, a man with one of the worst cases of amnesia in the world. Once a renowned conductor and musician, Clive was struck down in 1985 by a virus that caused massive damage to his brain. Against the odds, doctors managed to save his life but he was left with a memory that spans just seven seconds.

One of my clients has a guy who had his memory re-set back like 10-15 from years from an accident. I'm not sure if he has re-learned things or gotten better, but at one point he thought he was on his first marriage.

Yeah, for some reason the Herpes virus passed through the blood-brain barrier which it's not supposed to be able to do, and it destroyed his hippocampus which is responsible for memory.
It's a freaky condition to have. I can't imagine going through life like that.

Interestingly, Hillary Clinton is hit with this affliction every time she’s put under oath. What a coincidence!

i'm not sure what's worse; 7 second memory or those people who remember EVERY SECOND OF THEIR LIFE and can recall instantly what they were doing any hour of any day for the past 50 years.

_________
Get out of here. How many times did Trump plead the 5th? Was it 53 or 54 times?

She's spoken about it a lot. She loves it. Also, she was smokin hot.

Howard Cosell was reportedly one of those people. I remember hearing him say and in interviews referring to his photographic memory.
I am glad to not be like that. Was tested in the psych department in college my first go-around and was found to remember 93.7% of everything my senses pick up. As I get older I am starting to have a slight “loading data” delay in remembering ordinary stuff.
