Mingo’s had great success with it. He’ll be here in a minute to fill you in.

With that being said. It’s a great peptide if you use it as a tool. Figure out your caloric needs and track your intake, Change your diet to high protein, get your steps in, start some resistance training in the gym. The rest will follow!

My sister tried it and got really sick. She lasted less than a week and couldn't keep anything down. I told that it was working and maybe would have gotten better as she got adjusted. But she couldn't take it..

This ^. If you are lazy, you will blow back up as soon as you get off and have additional worse health issues than before. This is only a boost and not a cure. Hard work is the only answer.

I’m on it for type 2 diabetes. I have lost 15 pounds. You don’t eat as much food and fill up faster. No side effects.

I did a Tirz cycle for 12 weeks Feb - Apr this year. I had and have a very active exercise plan and pretty clean eating habits but couldn't shake the 20 lbs I picked up after surgery a couple years ago.

Tirz absolutely nuked my appetite, which made it easier for me to stick to a keto / carnivore plan I'd tried previously. The only side effect I recall looking back at my log from the time is some slight nausea when I moved from the acclimation dosage of 2.5mg to the standard 5mg. I also hit a plateau of weight loss at 8 weeks and sat there for a couple weeks. You only take one dose per week and I see in my notes that the first few weeks I could feel my appetite surge a bit when I was coming due for the next weeks shot.

You'll hear a lot of people say that you'll put it right back on when you stop - well, maybe it depends on what your habits were before and whether you use this time to build new ones or not. I didn't stay on 100% keto / carnivore afterwards but I'm a lot more mindful about when/which carbs I ingest. I ended my cycle in late April and now in August I'm still at the same -20 lbs I was when I stopped.

One big "lessons learned" for me that I'll pass along is that I am not nor ever have been into weight training, I'm a bike guy. I continued my riding and even picked up some new PRs but still lost a noticeable amount of muscle.

Additional note: I draw blood labs 2x/yr because I'm on TRT. I did my next scheduled draw right after I concluded my tirz cycle and expected to see some changes somewhere - nada. My labs are always really good anyway even my lipids but I thought the tirz/keto/carni would show up somewhere in labs. That really surprised me.

I got a good laugh at that but Mingo's cool with me

I appreciate him "paying it forward" by sending me his Garmin smartwatch when he upgraded. I'd been wanting to try one but wasn't sure I'd like it - I did and passed the one I got from him along to my wife and got a different one for myself.

I’ve mentioned mine before:

My Dr put me on Zepbound 28 months ago and as of today I’m down 77 lbs.

My routine is eat whatever I want for breakfast, usually a medium lunch then fast till breakfast the next morning.

So I’m fasting 15-17 hours, I do eat fruit, cheese sticks and beef jerky if it gets too bad. Zero alcohol, it doesn’t work if you drink.

I also walk two miles daily and do free weights in the garage 2-4 times a week.

It’s amazing how much better you feel in the morning and all day.

in keeping with my keto / carnivore eating plan while I was on it I eliminated beer in favor of straight liquor (no mixers) and didn't seem to have any adverse effects from that.

It’s hard to fast if alcohol is involved plus the hangovers are 10 Times.

And for some reason my weight wouldn’t go down if I drank, I’ve only lost at an average of 2.7 lbs a month so it’s been a freaking struggle.

I see it as a tool, not the long term fix.

I started lifting weights and being real honest with myself regarding food and drink choices. Monitoring calories and meals, no snacking at night. Increased protein, vegetables, fruits. Stuff I blew off for years as I nursed a ridiculous dad gut.

I’m down to 236, with goal weight of 180.

Highly advice against alcohol. For me, it was causing problems with weight. And, you’ll get sick as a dog eventually. Happened to me, and I quit 5-6 weeks ago.

I’ve been on it since April and have gone from 236 to 198 and still losing. Completely kills your desire to eat and when you do eat you are full in a few bites. I have to make myself eat and I’ve been walking and lifting weights a bit. I’ve increased the dose from 2.5 to 7.5 over that time. That’s not overly aggressive and because of that the side effects have been mild. Side effects have been mild nausea at times and some constipation but not serious. Hope that helps.

She could mention this to her Dr, some prescribe anti nausea medication with the weight loss drugs.

Your body will eventually adjust

When you do eat, eat slow and clean.

Slowly increase exercise like walking.

The weight will fall off
