Shouldn't they be forced to attend games?

What if it slips out, and rolls onto the court before I can grab it?

Arrested for what? Whats the charge? Are we going the way of Europe now?

Find out who he is and ban him...but arresting him?

They let out rapists and violent offenders all the time.

Pressing charges is pretty clearly intended to be a deterrent by the team/league before this becomes a nightly thing

We’ll find out. Likely a misdemeanor under a broad umbrella like disorderly conduct or criminal trespass, which is usually what streakers get

Fingers crossed it never stops

The next few weeks will entail security vigilance. Once they’re relaxed, we strike

Its not trespassed until they tell you you’ve been trespassed. Disorderly maybe, depends what the ticket stub fine print says. Speaking of, since most are electronic tickets these days they can add way more BS than a regular real ticket

And the person will be arrested again. You forget these arenas all have facial recognition technology now

Warning/being asked to leave is not required in the GA statute

But if you have a ticket you are not trespassing until/unless they ask you to leave.

Now they just have to hope one doesn't slip out of a player. It's easy to believe someone as tough looking as Brittney Griner could be a sadist who might punish her girlfriend by making her play a game with one stuffed into one hole, or another for a half.
That's why I'm predicting the next one to hit the court, isn't thrown by a fan.
