Before Kevin Faulk’s #3? That’s absurd.

That'll be #4, #5 and #9. That's three of the most popular numbers. Just hang the jerseys up, build a statue and let that be that ffs

That is the rule… people will still wear #4.

Seems Heisman is the threshold for never being worn again moving forward

Can’t stand the jersey number retiring tradition. Nobody is good enough to be immortalized.

I’m on the never retire a number side. Out their name in a ring of honor.

For Heisman, build a statue also.

But don’t quit using numbers.

You’re right, Burrow just wasn’t good enough.

Alexander the Great.
Well deserved.
Kevin Faulk should be next.

Faulk won't have to wait too long.

Charles Alexander waited a long time, too long. Bert Jones has waited longer, and there are a couple of 1980s players deserving consideration.

Kevin is pretty young. He may have to watch a few older guys get recognized before his well-deserved honor.

Sure Faulk was great, but don’t sell Alexander short. He was one of the nation’s best and played well at Cincinnati also.

Bert Jones definitely needs to go in.
He was the greatest quarterback in LSU history before Burrow and Daniels, both of whom should go in immediately.
