Yeah well it’s still gonna be fricking 90 here.

I can’t really complain, this summer has not been bad at all. 2024 was worse, and 2023 was absolute hell.

Came to deer camp this morning to mow and ride around. It’s 72 degrees and feels amazing.

I don't think we've touched 100 in south Louisiana for the most part. Came close a few times. Two summers ago we had a month straight over 100 IIRC.

This summer has been fairly cool for the most part.

Highs of 78° today and 77° tomorrow in Knoxville... but also a lot of rain.

I'll take this over the heat in July.

Idk whereabouts you are, but in Cenla we also got the smallest amount of rain I'd ever seen.

Never seen the fields so burnt up.

but in Cenla

There’s a weak front sliding through today baw. Lower humidity tomorrow and Monday and potentially a cheeky upper 60s in the morning.

If the rain can hold off from 6-8 AM that will be phenomenal summer running weather.

EDIT - misread that, thought we were talking about rain. I have my long run tomorrow, gonna be awesome

We’ve had temps over 90s for consecutive days multiple times and high humidity all summer. We’ve earned this.

In BR. The drought was so bad that the mosquito larvae didn’t hatch so the following year the mosquito population exploded. Some mornings I killed upwards to over 100 mosquitoes each morning.

Discussing the weather is a timeless tradition but these days you can’t do it anymore without some goofball interjecting politics into it. It’s truly a both sides thing.
