It can lead to potential heavy fines, potential jail, etc. so yes, there can be repercussions.

My skepticism is in our top-notch congressional Republicans to actually follow through and put teeth to anything they threaten.

They usually quietly back down and drop things after firing off a couple of letters and going on Fox News to crow about it.

Maybe they’ll finally find their gonads and restore some of my faith.

I am sure strongly worded letters and harsh language will be used. Wake me up when someone is arrested, otherwise this is a dog and pony show.

Keep in mind any trial will likely be in DC. And it is possible a DC jury would find a dead to rights guilty person innocent. It's all baked into the democrat strategy to do what they want.
