Question about flying commercial to Europe

Due to overspending on cocaine and sluts (not prostitutes just women who like to spend money) I am going to have to slum it and fly commercial to Germany for Oktoberfest? Should I go with Delta and Virgin with a layover in Atlanta or United and Lufthansa with a layover in Chicago?
ETA: I will be flying first class so if that helps with recommendations.

I have had more difficulties flying to Europe from ORD and particularly United than any other US aiport (delays, cancellations, less well accomodated aircraft, etc). On balance I prefer Delta or AA to United on long hauls (at least Euro routes) and I would rather ATL vs ORD.

went to Paris last summer on Air France, my wife bought the tix but I think they were bought through Delta and Air France is a code share partner with them, went in first and it was one of the most pleasant flying experiences I'd had in quite some time

Can you take Emirates?
That’s the ticket. Take United to Chicago or New York and Emirates to Germany.

Just go with the cheapest ticket unless the layover is annoyingly long.

Not from Louisiana. Even if I drove to MSY I would have to MSY, I would still have to deal with a layover.

Air France probably has the best J and F cabins to Europe

You'd have two layovers if you went with Virgin right? You'd have to stop in London as well I imagine?
Lufthansa is kinda trash but F is supposedly a good experience. You get their best lounge only for F passengers and maybe even car tarmac service? Can't recall. Been a long time since I read a review.
And BTW, you should just Google your flights and add "review" to it. Someone has posted a thousand pictures and what to expect for these flights for sure.

MSY to LHR is a 9 hour direct flight on British Airways. Then connecting flight to wherever.
Business class has seats that lay flat. Leaves around 9 pm and lands around noon. Eat a meal on the flight then sleep the rest. Wake up ready to go.
Just made that trip 3 weeks ago.

A couple of months ago, I tried several AI services to help me with routing.
They all sucked back then. Maybe they are better now.

Delta for sure.
I flew to UK in '23 on Virgin. It was....not great.
Went United from Ohare to Germany last Nov. Decent flight. No complaints.
Lufthansa from Frankfort to ATL was great. 1/2 capacity. A340. best looking attendants BY FAR. actually in shape and not fat stuffed into a too tight uni.
