I have two large Bradford pears that may need to go. Anyone recommend a good tree removal/maintenance company?

Just outside Baton Rouge
Guess I should have included that in OP.

Surprised a stiff breeze hasn't taken care of that for you...

All Bradford pear "trees" need to be destroyed, invasive trash bush.

I had a large live oak tree removed by Arbor Tech and they did a great job. I got 2 other quotes, and they weren't the cheapest, but I questioned whether these other 2 guys had insurance, and this was a potential house hitter.

If you see any tree crews nearby that are trimming ROW’s for the power company ask them for a quote. Just know that it will more than likely be a side job for them, but a 2 or 3 man crew could knock it out for a lot cheaper than a legitimate company.

Woodturners often seek out pear wood to use on their lathes.
