Our Congress needs to pass a law that proof of citizenship must be provided to vote in a federal election and perhaps have federal elections run by the federal government instead of local

On Patrol Live this past weekend... BRPD pulled over a guy with no license, no license plate, and no insurance. He didn't speak any English so his kid had to translate. The cops just let him go... no ticket, no warning, nothing.

Absolutely the frick not.
That's how you reopen the door to rigging in the future.
How about requiring proof of citizenship to register as a voter, and a mark on all ID cards and drivers' licenses that indicates if that person has completed the voter registration process?
That would be a federal action by Congress, without taking away a State's rights.
States could decide to comply or not, but if they didn't they would basically be flagging themselves as hotbeds for any potential rigging of elections and be the first suspects most likely.

Imagine a 20 year old white LSU student doing this. BRPD would write them every ticket on the books and tow their vehicle. It's sick how progressive cities/Police/Sheriff Departments bend over backwards for the invaders.
