wrt to "latest incident"
Would not any statement made wrt the Russia Hoax be a furtherance of the original conspiracy??
e.g. Obama's recent statement in support of the validity of the Mueller Investigation - would not that be an ADDITIONAL inference that would reset the S.O.L.??

I’ll defer to SFP on this, but I think what he’ll tell you is that obama’s statement exonerates him and implicates Trump. Essentially Trump will be tried for treason.

I don’t think any statements made, but certainly any recent directives that can be folded into the RICO would make the SOl irrelevant

You're selling SFP short - he will claim that Trump's statements are an admission of his own guilt.

I've heard a few people say if the DOJ prosecutes the seditious and criminal behavior of Obama and his minions as an act of sedition, treason and part of a RICO type operation within the federal government the statute of limitations would not apply.

S O L would depend greatly upon what the charges were. It Treasonous behavior I don’t believe there is a clock on it , especially if it was purposely hidden with conspirators. Conspiracy may be off the table unless furtherance of it from 2016 can be shown into late 2020

That’s why I suggested depending on how any charges are filed. SOL is one thing but you are not committing treason as a president without a bunch of players. Those players I would argue are as important as a president to expose regardless of any outcome. Burned cities, hyperinflation hit on economy aren’t nearly as important as a stable government and this nonstop decline that these politicians have been doing is heading towards the brink anyway
