Of course, a fricking 4 year old would be able to watch this video and know
1. The stop is OBVIOUSLY pretextual - Go ahead all you dumbasses who say shite like, "I've been driving for 30 years and never get fricked with". Tell me how often YOU have met someone who got pulled over for no lights when it WAS NOT frickING RAINING!
2. The bodycams only make the original cell video WORSE
I'm sure some in here are going to defend this shite using shite the cops found out AFTER very OBVIOUSLY violating the law. Ya know, using retroactive logic. Frankly, you're just fricking stupid if you do.

The cop is the thug in this situation. Hothead who can't control his emotions and only joined the force to beat the shite out of civilians. Those punches were unnecessary and going to cost the taxpayers a few million in lawsuit settlement

They should have beaten him senseless. The officer could have been severely injured from the broken glass from the window he was forced to break.
At a minimum he should have been pepper sprayed and tased.

Yes. But only one of them is supposed to be professional paid by the public so only one of them is answerable theoretically to us. I'm not supposed to expect the driver to be fricking professional. I mean it's nice if he is but there's no reason for me to expect it

I didn't know he was a cop. You would think he would have complied if he's aware of laws and rules of the road.
I was disappointed it was merely a fat lip. They should have pulled a good old fashioned "Rodney King" on his gang banger arse.
I'm glad that at the very least, cops are now arresting other cops now.
It's a shame the one cop's knuckles got a little scraped up. I'd play that up and hit the thug with another charge.

I’m not arguing with anything you said. I think you are correct. Would you rather be right or possibly dead? I think I would comply and fight this thing in court. I’d rather not have an attitude and take a chance of getting shot.
