It looked like doveweed at first glance but after a closer look pretty sure I'm wrong on that. What do the stems look like?

Looks like Doveweed though the Doveweed I have has a brighter green. Maybe mine gets more fertilizer.

It’s doveweedand Celsius will kill it. Not sure you want to do that as it’s the only grass you have.

Does water puddle there? It looks like a low spot.

Kill the weed and add sand.

I have a few low spots and I had hired some guys to lay sand but they couldn’t fit me in until beginning of July and showed up with 50/50. I told them to come back next spring bc they said it was too hot to do pure sand

Grab five bags of play sand and water it every day with a hose and nozel.

If it’s just that spot I’d roundup and sod. That stuff comes back like a mug.

I have this too with small amoutns of st aug scattered. If you treat with celsius, will the st aug take over? or is that wishful thinking?

With adequate sun and well draining soil, yes, there's no reason to think that St. Aug wouldn't tack down.

Add a little fertilizer if you'd like.

Any help with these? Looks like Bermuda where it’s filled in.

Looks like common Bermuda. Although I’m having trouble telling common Bermuda from torpedo lately. Seems like torpedo looks a lot like either Bermuda or zoysia depending on maturity…Bermuda seems like it can get pretty late from other IDs I’ve seen around the net. I think the biggest thing with torpedo is that it dries higher than others, usually because he entire stem rather than just the blade.

That looks more like the torpedo in my back yard than the bermuda in my front.
