Ben McDonald fell 25ft out of deer stand. Concussion and two cracked vertebrae.

because most hardcore deer hunters especially bow hunters put stands up in July and August getting ready for October to avoid messing with deer.

A golf buddy of mine fell out in 2004 or so. He still hunts but golf is over now.

Well, on the positive side, he just added another epic story to tell during games. Just glad he is ok. Love listening to him when he calls games.

I wonder who is Dr is and if he’s gonna have to have surgery or let it heal on its own. I did the same from 16’ and broke my back 3 years ago. Under the guidance of a Dr Bowie at OLOL, I let it heal without surgery. I have no issues at all today and still climb to bow hunt and play golf. I was definitely one of the lucky ones!

Man thank goodness he's ok.

Ben's son should be moving the stands for his daddy from now on.
