Why are people making excuses for the Epstein info

For not releasing it or pretending it doesn't exist. I'll not call it a list as I'm sure it's a bit more complicated than that - but I'm sure there is enough damning information to implicate some very powerful people of some serious crimes - like sex with a minor.
Who could it be. Saudi princes, billionaires, high political figures in the west. I doubt we ever see it - because the world is not a just place - it's a place where power buys favors.
But I'll not excuse the apparent continued coverup by previous adminsitrations - and the current administration. It's total bullshite and anyone saying different is just protecting their tribe.

Yesterday separated Trump’s ideologues from actual free thinking conservatives who want change in DC and that gap will now widen and intensify.
Dropping a major campaign promise and attempting to gaslight your entire base that an issue you’ve been campaigning on, your inside circle has been holding press conferences about, and your family has championed never existed and people asking about it are selfish morons is a massive problem.
His tweet yesterday was a Biden and CNN level bullshite propaganda statement.
The entire government is by, for, and of the people. Trump just said he believes it is the other way around. Trump just in a single miscalculation lost a giant chunk of his base he will not get back and now every stupid mistake and misstep is going to get worse for him.
And because he cannot put his ego aside he’s going to go off the rails.
His only way out of this is to for once in his life show some humility, back track his statement, apologize, and release whatever they have regardless of what it is.
Without doing that he’s proven to be just another power hungry DC assclown.
