The sky is falling! The sky is falling!

During a quick visit to Walmart, I had an experience that no adult should ever have to go through! As I stood in the self checkout line to wait for one to come open, a young man in his mid 20s asked me, "What is that?"

I only had a few items so I asked which item was he talking about. He said that little can right there. My heart sank, I felt insulted and was ready to fight. I had to do a double take because I thought he had to be joking, but he wasn't. I said that is potted meat and I explained it to him. He said it sounded nasty, which sort of ticked me off, but I remained composed!

Truthfully, it just further validated to me just how screwed up this country is and how we needed to do a reset to get this country headed back in the right direction. We need to immediately revamp the history books and lunch menus! No child should be allowed to graduate unless they have a full understanding of potted meat and the important role it played in building our country.

I grew up on potted me and still love it. No, I don't want to eat it every day, but when I'm tired and don't feel like cooking, potted meat is a quick and easy solution.

As I finished checking out, I told him he needed to give it a try, but he responded, "Nah, I'm good!" I told him he was missing out and he may like it better than a t-bone steak!

Ok, that was a little exaggerated, but he ticked me off!
