A few months ago, Piers pledged to pay her almost $150,000 if the defamation case filed by Brigitte Macron against the "trans-accusers" didn't prove their conspiracy theories false.
Today, French appellate judges overturned the lower court defamation convictions against the two women, after concluding that their claims didn't rise to the level of defamation because they were made in "good faith."
