New Orleans Saints' quarterback battle receives a level of disrespect from national media

I don't necessarily agree with all the Q.B. rankings I did find the imbedded video to be a bit more interesting and fair minded. The team is rebuilding and as long as the team shows progress through the year I'm good. The video is from before we drafted Shough. The only way to know what we have is to put the product on the field.

The New Orleans Saints do not possess high expectations from the outside media or fans of other teams for the 2025 season. A lot of those doubts stem from the uncertainty at the quarterback position for the Saints offense. A Barstool Sports podcast isn't jiving with the QB room for New Orleans, either.

Just awful that Gayle put us in this position going into training camp and had the audacity to raise ticket prices for hard-working season ticket holders.

Crying again douche? We should just make a pinned thread titled Geauxldilocks crying again. Then just let you keep all your boohooing in 1 thread.

Not crying but disappointed we keep getting shite. You embrace and accept the garbage and take out your frustration on posters instead of owners and GMs who are responsible for the mess.

Sure they are responsible for the current state of the team, but at the same time the reality is it cannot be fixed overnight. Anyone who pays attention realizes there will be some bad years ahead until the cap hole can be dug out and a legitimate roster can be out together. It will take at least 3 years to clear the mess and rebuilding with mid players.
The shocking part is the fact that the person that headed the office (Loomis) that created the mess also gets to be in charge of cleaning the mess. But, at the same time he’s still batting .500 with his coaching hires since he was responsible for Payton & Allen.

We might go to the playoffs this year

As said many times before letting the arsonist become the fire fighter rarely works.
Allen was a horrible miss and unacceptable given his history with the Raiders. Unacceptable and any owner with balls would’ve fired Loomis for that and the cap condition post Brees.

Stop watching and supporting the team. You sound as miserable as some Dallas fans.

Based on some crime dramas, they are often the best fire fighters because of the hero complex
-FYI, not disagreeing with you

Have You got anything to contribute to Saints talk besides bitching about Gayle because so far that's all you've got. Literally every post of yours in ST is the same thing with different words. We get it you want Gayle to sell the team. And the team stinks because of Gayle.
The article in the OP had nothing to do with Gayle but you found a way to still slip that BS in there.
The "pardon my take" article was a very lazy evaluation of the projected starters around the league.

A new strain of Covid might kill or incapacitate every starting player for every other team and yet somehow spare the Saints roster.
It's possible but not probable.

We have other holes to fill and question marks larger than our QB room.
Tom Brady couldn't have been adequate behind our OL and coaching staff last year.
Ridin' with Rattler!

Why not just enjoy the ride? DA is gone. It will be interesting seeing new players make mistakes and then get better.
DA had a floor and ceiling. He was no in game strategist. Let the new coach build this team ground up.
There is beauty in watching a new house being built or even observing a major renovation.

Not that we deserve any respect in the QB room, but if you listened to PMT you know that they make their QB rankings every year with the intention of being controversial. They decided Dak would be at 23 before they even got into it.
