Homey the Clown killer bug.

Does that mean it’s a killer bug I created to kill others, or one created to kill me? This a very important question.

If it’s an ant, it’s the smallest damn ant on earth. I mean it’s the size of a flea. There are a few of em, but they ain’t jumping around, just crawling around my counter top in the kitchen. What kinda ant is that small? It’s way smaller than a sugar ant.

Crazy Ants come in all sizes. Them little frickers are all along the Mississippi in Ascension parish. The good thing is they don't bite they are just all over the parking lot at our office.

Would also like to know. Outside my house (TX) they are everywhere- grass, pavers, concrete, walls. Starting to find ways inside. They're so small it isn't hard to find entry spots. Killed at least.a couple hundred K yesterday and this morning new ants are marching over the dead bodies like nothing happened.

Crazy ant. They don't bite but they come in armies of millions. I spray everyday and can't get rid of them. I sprayed some with carburetor cleaner and I think they drank that shite and multiplied like gremlins.

You get them in your kitchen? These frickers only seem to go for like food products. Searched all cabinets, can’t find a colony of them. They just show up randomly, only in the kitchen.

Get any gel bait for ants and squirt it behind the faceplates of your light switches and electrical outlets in the kitchen. Try not to electrocute yourself.

I moved to Livingston Parish five years ago and approximately six months later was forced into a huge battle with those little bastards. Never had the problem in EBR. I'm over the top OCD obsessive about keeping a clean house so I was amazed and horrified that they were taking over my kitchen. Ants genrally appear when they smell food and there was no food laying around my house. Turns out they were on the hunt for water. I don't want to use dangerous pesticides in my home and the pesticides aren't going to stop their entrance. They're coming in little holes in the seam between the counter and backsplash. Clean off the counter, throw on a headlight, down a few cocktails and let the fun begin.
Slowly scan the seam and you'll see them enter through the tiny holes in the caulking. Apply some clear silicone sealant and your your ant problems are gone. It took a few mission to discover and seal all the holes but that was four years ago and I'm still ant free.

This is what was puzzling me. When I first noticed them, I started ziploc-ing everything that wasnt completely sealed, Everything from bread to bags of chips. cleaned the kitchen from top to bottom, and stopped leaving food in the kitchen trashcan for more that a few hours, and I still gettem, yet not as much it seems. Guess I'll have to look for their entry spots.

Looks like ghost ants. Use baits, don't spray. Sprays will spread the problem around.
