How often do you do 24+ hour fasts?

I do 48 hour fast once every two weeks. Thinking about doing one every week.
I’m 48, 6’1, 185 pounds.
I find when I do 48 hour fast my joints feel amazing. I started doing 48 hour fasts in November (always did 24 hour fasts) and this was the first winter I wasn’t sick.

I try and do a 24hr fast once a week. Honestly, I can’t tell much difference.

You’re not training hard enough. If you were, you’d wear yourself out quickly in a fasted state.

Never. My GERD flares up when I fast like that.
That said, I don't usually eat before working out (go in the AM) but eat a protein-rich late breakfast or early lunch afterward.

Fasting is probably the one health practice im 100% not on board with. Call me weak minded but i cannot stand being hungry. Im a whole different person when im hungry and cant even sleep if hungry. Plus it seems like it would just kill gains if body building

I think it’s just that everyone is different and respond to things in different ways. Could be due to many things.
