21-year-old rows solo across Atlantic Ocean, earning three world records

"That doesn't work for everyone, but I'm young and I know that I can work off of that amount of sleep," she said.

That's what I was looking into
All of the articles I've found make it sound like she just left and started rowing and did so 17 hrs/day for 97 days which would be rather incredible.
But I am suspicious

17 hours a day of rowing is pretty impressive.
I bet it’s also incredibly dark at night out there if the moon isn’t out. That would play some tricks on your mind out there

She got enough exercise for ten years doing that. Kudos to her, guarantee 100% of those tearing down her decision to do this and the legitimacy of it couldn’t do it for a day.

The hardest section of the voyage by far was through the Canaries. It felt like all the wind and weather was against me. I was pushing hard for 21 hours a day and going just 11 miles. It was soul crushing.

I don't think any of us on this site get to determine what's worthwhile and what isn't for some random 21 year old girl on the other side of the globe. If it meant something to her, then good for her. I'm happy for her.
