That’s doesn’t matter. It has to be at least 10% milk fat to legally be called ice cream. Breyers got in trouble because most of their stuff wasn’t so they have to call it frozen dairy dessert.

Breyers does have a few things that they are allowed to still call ice cream, but the vast majority of their stuff they are legally not allowed to call ice cream and the words identifying it as “ice cream” cannot be on the package.

Simple man, simple pleasures. I have a 6 pack of Klondike bars in the freezer. The regular square vanilla ice cream with the thin hard chocolate coating is a good enough treat for me.
